Receive work orders from Service Manager Determine service issue and parts needed for repair Order parts needed for repair through Parts Department Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, GPS, and powertrain components on a wide range of equipment Keep track of time worked on unit through time clock Record all work done by describing what was done to the unit and a description of parts replaced Test unit after repairs and troubleshoot any other issues if necessary Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and complete service Answer questions and troubleshoots by phone with customer if necessary Communicate changes and/or additions to Service Manager before completion of job Work efficiently and in a safe manner Requirements:
Excellent customer service Computer skills Leadership and positive attitude Will train the right candidate Preferred
Experience:
Knowledge in agriculture, construction, diesel components, or similar work experience - preferred, but not required Benefits Include:
