Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and their families in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, provide information to callers, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Utilize electronic health system for patient demographics, scheduling appointments, and insurance/payment processing.
- Organize, clean and prep patient care areas, and supply ordering.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to use discretion and judgement in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
